Discover New Zealand - A small and remote South Pacific nation ! New Zealand is a land of majestic scenery, fascinating history and vibrant culture. Lying in the south-west Pacific, New Zealand consists of two main islands - the North Island or Te Ika a Māui' (Māui’s fish) and the South Island or 'Te Waka a Māui' (Māui’s canoe). Stewart Island and many smaller islands lie offshore. New Zealand is the land of endless hidden delights & purity ! Since its discovery by early Māori and the European settlers that followed, it has been a place of exploration, rejuvenation and inspiration – and remains so for locals and visitors to this day. Its world-renowned landscapes are a stunning backdrop for outdoor activities of every kind, from hiking and kayaking, to simply soaking up the views from a picturesque picnic spot. The cities and towns spread around the coastlines, rural plains and mountains will surprise visitors with their diversity, energy and famously friendly locals.

  • Day 1 - Arrive Auckland
    ‘Kia Ora’ - Welcome to New Zealand. On arrival in Auckland, ‘The City of Sails’, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Auckland is New Zealand's largest city, set between two harbours with gentle sandy shores on the east and black sand, wild surf beaches on the west. Home to sheltered, sparkling blue waters dotted with beautiful emerald islands. In the evening you can take a walk through the city on your own for the flavours, sounds and sights of the South Pacific. Overnight in Auckland.

  • Day 02 : Auckland
    After breakfast, enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Auckland city. Visit Kelly Tarlton’s Sealife Aquarium and Antarctic Encounter.  Kelly Tarlton's Aquarium houses thousands of marine animals from hundreds of species including sharks, penguins, gurtles, stingrays, seahorses and more. The remainder of the day is free. Don't miss taking a trip up the Sky Tower  - at 328 metres high, it's the tallest man-made structure in New Zealand and offers breathtaking, 360-degree views across Auckland and beyond. Overnight in Auckland.

  • Day 03 : Auckland - Waitomo - Matamata - Rotorua
    After breakfast, travel south through the Waikato region to arrive at Waitomo for a guided tour of the glowworm caves. Walk past stunning, delicate cave formations before taking a boat ride through the glow worm grotto. Glide silently through the starry wonderland of Arachnocampa Luminosa, thousands of magical glowworms, unique to New Zealand. Then, head to Matamata where a delightful slice of Middle Earth awaits you at Hobbiton. Enjoy a guided tour of this world-class attraction from the movies ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘The Hobbit’. Finishing off a visually fulfilling day, continue along the Thermal Explorer Highway and through a green oasis lined with lush tree ferns to Rotorua, a destination like nowhere else! Later tonight we suggest that you unwind by pampering yourself at the Polynesian Spa. Relax and unwind in the natural springs that nourish the skin and relieve tired muscles, aches and pains. Embrace nature’s sanctuary and slip into five mineral hot pools overlooking the lake. Overnight in Rotorua.

  • Day 04 : Rotorua
    Enjoy breakfast at the Hotel. Rotorua is surrounded by a fascinating geothermal landscape with its unique steam vents, spouting geysers and bubbling mud pool set alongside freshwater lakes and majestic native forests. It is also a region immersed in fascinating Maori myths and legends. Visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve to see boiling mudpools and roaring geysers. Following this, visit Agrodome for a farm show and Rainbow Springs to see New Zealand’s trout, birds and wildlife. This evening enjoy an authentic Maori Hangi feast and Concert. Experience an authentic Māori welcome ceremony, warrior's challenge and a powerful cultural performance of song and dance. Then share in a feast cooked in a traditional Maori hāngī (earth oven), a centuries-old cooking method perfect for feeding a crowd and bringing a community together. Overnight in Rotorua.

  • Day 05 : Rotorua - Christchurch
    After Breakfast, proceed to wharf for your ferry transfer to Brisbane. Arrive Brisbane & you will be transferred to Gold Coast - the entertainment capital of new. The Holiday Capital of Queensland “Gold Coast” is one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas in the world, It is indisputably new’s most popular holiday destination. Rest of the day is free for you to enjoy. Nature lovers may head to Mt Tamborine for an amazing Glow worm night tour. Foodies may explore the growing culinary culture or those needing relaxation just stroll down to the sand and salt of Surfers Paradise Beach. Overnight in Gold Coast.After breakfast, depart on your flight from Rotorua to Christchurch – The Garden City ! Christchurch is set between the deep blue Pacific Ocean and the mighty snow-capped Southern Alps.  This is a vibrant, ever-changing city with inner city parks and gardens delightfully interwoven by the meandering Avon River. In the evening we recommend a unique way to view the inner city of Christchurch while enjoying a delicious evening dinner on board the Iconic Christchurch Tramway restaurant. Overnight in Christchurch.

  • Day 06 : Christchurch – Lake Tekapo – Mt Cook - Queenstown
    After breakfast, depart across the Canterbury Plains, a fertile patchwork made with every shade of green, to a scenic wonderland with golden tussocks, snow-capped mountains and turquoise lakes.  At Lake Tekapo the solitary ‘Church of the Good Shepherd’ takes pride of place against the backdrop of a vivid blue glacier-fed lake. Located in Tekapo at the Dark Sky Project Base, get ready to embark on a journey 13.8 billion years in the making. A treat for the senses, the Dark Sky Experience brings science, Māori heritage and fascinating multi-media installations together in a ‘Big Bang’ of awe and inspiration. Continuing south, hug the shores of beautiful Lake Pukaki, situated at the base of Aoraki/Mount Cook, the highest peak in New Zealand. On arrival in Mount Cook Village spend some time after which drive through the historic Central Otago region to the ‘Alpine Resort’ Queenstown.   Overnight in Queenstown.

  • Day 07 : Queenstown – Milford Sound - Queenstown
    After breakfast, follow the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden, and onward to Lake Te Anau. Enter the Eglinton Valley and travel through the breath taking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls. Experience the cool spray of a waterfall as you move in close to sheer rock faces or watch out for dolphins, seals and in season, the rare Fiordland crested penguins. After a big day out return to Queenstown. Overnight in Queenstown.

  • Day 08: Queenstown
    After breakfast the day is free day to explore the endless optional attractions available. Magnificent vistas and majestic mountains dominate this compact alpine resort town and with such an expansive natural physical environment it is not surprising that Queenstown has been described as the Adventure Capital of the World. Queenstown is home to a range of adventures, from the world's first and most famous bungy jumps - the Kawarau Bridge Bungy - to jet boat thrills through the rugged beauty and unspoilt grandeur of the white-water rapids of the Shotover River. Go skydiving and take in the epic views of the Southern Alps and surrounding lakes, or for those who like to be a bit closer to the ground, explore the rocky gorges and creek crossings by quad bike. In the evening enjoy an iconic Queenstown experience and take the Queenstown Gondola up 450 metres up to Bob's Peak. From the top, enjoy panoramic views of the aptly named The Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu. Try your hand at the Queenstown Luge and zoom down the course of banked corners, tunnels and dippers.  Overnight in Queenstown.

  • Day 09: Queenstown - Glacier Region
    After breakfast, depart Queenstown and travel via Lake Wanaka and through the historic Haast Pass, gateway to the World Heritage Westland National Park. Continue up the West Coast past spectacular mountain ranges, native forests and lakes to the glacier region of Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers. There's a range of natural attractions in close proximity to Franz Josef Glacier Village. Lose yourself in the rainforests, waterfalls, and lakes. Depending on your arrival time Opt for an awesome scenic helicopter flight over the glacier with a unique guided walk amongst the ice caves, pinnacles and seracs of the pristine alpine environment. After a busy day relax and rejuvenate in nature relaxation of the Franz Josef Glacier Hot Pools - a haven of natural tranquility. Overnight in Glacier Region.

  • Day 10: Glacier Region - Christchurch
    After breakfast, board the Tranz Alpine train - One of the world’s greatest train journeys. Travel through New Zealand's Southern Alps on a gorgeous rail journey from Greymouth to Arthur's Pass and Christchurch. Travel from the West Coast town of Greymouth through lush beech rainforest before arriving at Arthur's Pass National Park. Then travel through the majestic Southern Alps, followed by the spectacular gorges and river valleys of the Waimakariri River. You will then see the fields of the Canterbury Plains before arriving at the final destination of Christchurch.
An outdoor viewing carriage is also provided giving you the opportunity to soak in the fresh alpine air. Overnight in Christchurch.

  • Day 11: Christchurch - Fly Back
    This morning after breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight back home with unforgettable memories of your tour that you would cherish for lifetime !
